Best Western Plus Elizabethtown Inn Suites

Every part of the hotel was spotless, and the rooms were pristine. We were very pleased with the staff and service during our stop on the way to Nashville. The CAPUCHINO machine was a nice bonus. I'd highly recommend staying here over the other hotels nearby.

The breakfast attendant made our mornings especially nice. Thank you for being friendly, attentive, and creating such a warm atmosphere in the breakfast area. The effort really added to our stay. Our group of three had a great time at the Best Western Plus Elizabethtown Inn & Suites. The staff were welcoming and ready to help from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, modern, and very clean, with comfortable beds that let all three of us sleep well. Breakfast had a good selection of fresh food and was organized and replenished regularly. The location was quiet but convenient, and the clean, well-kept pool was a great place to relax after a long day. We all felt it was good value for the price. We'd stay again and recommend the Best Western Plus Elizabethtown Inn & Suites.

The breakfast itself was wonderful, thanks to the two men preparing it. The bad part was being woken up at 6 a.m., which happened to several people we spoke with over breakfast. We booked two rooms together and were told they'd cost the same, but they didn't. One of the people working check-in also shouldn't be dealing with the public.

The room was great, but the staff were awful. We had two soccer teams staying there for a tournament. They said the conference room was booked, but told us we could use the lobby for pizza and bracelet making. Then they said we were too loud and had complaints, even though it was only 8 p.m. and we weren't loud. They called the police, and we even offered them pizza. In the end, they said the conference room was available and charged us $150 for it. Completely ridiculous. If they don't want noise, they shouldn't cater to sports teams. Below is the text we all received.
