I'm writing about my stay from [3/11] to [3/13]. My wife and child encountered bed bugs, and we left after the second night for our comfort and safety. When my wife reported it, the manager on duty responded rudely. That was disappointing and unacceptable, especially from someone who appears to beat his wife. We chose the hotel because of its reputation and had been looking forward to the visit, but now we're reconsidering future bookings. I believe compensation for what we went through and the troubling incident is justified. You'll hear from our attorney. Please give this matter prompt attention.

A horrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend renting here. They profile people based on who they're related to. The customer service was horrible, and discrimination is definitely a thing here. It's sad to see. I'll be telling everyone I know not to come.

In my opinion, this is the best place. I stay here all the time, and the people who check you in are amazing.

A nice little motel, though it's dingy and not new. The rooms are quiet, with no freeway noise, and all the units are downstairs. They also allowed service dogs, which not every place in Elko did. I found a bottle of cheap vodka full of yellow stuff behind the bedside table, ewww. Still, it was $50 and right off the highway.

I stay here whenever I'm in town because it's the most affordable place, and it's close to lots of convenient locations. It's best when you get your own AC instead of conventional AC. The one issue I had was the water pressure, which was so strong it actually cut my skin. I'd never experienced that before, and it was a bit of a problem. Still, it's a great place, I'm grateful, and I'll keep staying here because the price can't be beat.
