Baymont by Wyndham Enid

Great value for a one-night stop during a basketball tournament. The room was clean, the bed was great, and it was very quiet, apart from jets taking off from Vance. I’d stay again.

We booked the Jacuzzi suite for our mini honeymoon and loved how much space there was. It was bigger than I expected, with two pullout couches and a balcony. The staff were wonderful too. Such an awesome hotel experience!

Our first room wasn’t the one we’d paid for, and it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The night desk lady was so sweet and accommodating. She moved us to an upgraded room without any trouble and apologized over and over. She deserves a raise. We stayed 10-18-25.

The room and lobby conditions were disappointing. Our towels were dirty, the shampoo left my hair stiff and very dry, and there was a smell in the place. Sheetrock was missing from parts of the entrance and lobby ceilings. It all made the property feel poorly maintained and uncomfortable for guests. I also felt disrespected by how the manager handled things. My family and I were resting before checkout time when the manager came to disturb us. When I brought up my concerns at the front desk, the manager called my spouse down to get involved. That was invasive and unprofessional. A guest’s family member shouldn’t be pulled into a disagreement with hotel staff. I asked for a late checkout, which I’ve often been granted at other Wyndham locations, sometimes without a fee. The property seemed nearly empty, but the manager refused and said it wasn’t possible because the place was full. I was extremely disappointed with the way I was treated.
