The staff and location were excellent, and the breakfast selection was good and kept replenished. The person at the front desk was also putting breakfast out and helping us, so kudos to them. Our room was nice, though it could've been cleaner.

The buffet had a good range of choices, and we appreciated the hot food. Service was very good, with every employee we met being friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet, which was what mattered most to us. Some parts of the facility were showing their age, though most seemed well maintained. The fitness room was small and limited, but that wasn't a priority for us. There was also an indoor pool, a plus in cold weather. Recommended.

The hotel was extremely clean and comfortable, and the amenities were readily available and top notch. Staff and management were friendly and helpful throughout. When an issue came up during my stay, everyone went above and beyond to accommodate me. I have lots of good things to say about the people here and would definitely stay and recommend it again.

We've stayed at Wingate by Wyndham in Erie before, and the rooms are clean and quiet. The staff are warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and understanding, and the service and location keep impressing me. It feels easy to settle in and feel at home here. Looking forward to our next visit.

We stayed two nights and would definitely return. The pool was just the right temperature, not too warm or cold. Breakfast was great, and the person looking after it was so kind, sweet, and helpful. Our room was nice, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and I liked the shower soap so much I didn't use the ones I'd brought from home.
