The rooftop restaurant Carlitas was a good stop during my multi-night stay at The Gordon. I enjoyed the meal, the food and drinks were good, and there were plenty of safe GF options. The waitress was attentive. It was also convenient to have a small fenced dog area beside the hotel. The modern hotel and room were clean and nice, and the front desk staff and valet, mostly college students, were friendly, helpful, and professional. I had my dog with me and would stay here again if I'm in the area.

Cat, the manager, and her staff made the visit with my dad and aunt last weekend wonderful. They arranged an ADA-accessible room, wheelchair accommodations, and pretty much whatever we needed, always with a smile and a friendly manner. The rooms were lovely, with beautiful artwork from local artist, and everything was clean and organized. The hotel and surrounding area are very dog friendly, which my husky Koda absolutely loved during our visits. We also enjoyed the restaurant and its very nice breakfast. It was refreshing to stay somewhere so beautiful with professional, attentive staff. We had a great time enjoying the holidays there, and I highly recommend the hotel and restaurant.

The beds are comfortable and the rooms are a great size. I love having breakfast brought right to the room. Staff have always been really friendly. They offer valet parking, but if you have anything in your car, the valet can't park it for you.

The service was great and the hotel itself was really nice. I would've given it five stars, but my truck came back from valet the next morning covered in bird poop, on every side and angle. I hope the other cars don't come back that way too.

We love staying at this hotel when we're in town for ballet or a musical at the Hult Center. This time, though, the tub hadn't been cleaned before we arrived.
