WoodSpring Suites Fargo North Near NDSU

My belongings, including prescription medication, were stolen from my room during my stay at Woodspring Suites, and I filed a police report. It's been over a week without any follow-up or communication from management, or any attempt to address it. Losing medication, especially mental health medicine, is serious, and the silence has been concerning. Guests should take extra care with valuables and medication. I hope management improves security and communication. Guest safety and accountability should be a priority, and I didn't see that here.

UPDATE: The Guest Relations Manager replied in a comment below, so thanks for that. But I'm still without contact information. It's coming up on three weeks since the hotel packed up my belongings without my permission, and most things were stolen. I've called several times and left messages but haven't heard back. I'm sharing a friend's terrible experience and hope the hotel reaches out or takes responsibility. I've practiced law for many years, and this would not bode well for the hotel in civil court. My friend's belongings were packed up without consent, valuables and important documents were stolen, and a police report was filed. It's been over a week without hearing back. Be very cautious here. The design is decent, but the place feels unsafe. Several people had access to the room, which was supposed to be cleaned only once a week, but staff entered multiple times a week. There are no security cameras in back, and they likely tape over each day, though I'll update when I know. The camera system is terrible, and the night auditor is always sleeping. People are allowed to smoke inside. Loud semi-trucks from the Travel Mart next door affect sleep. Contractors living there for work are really loud, take all the coffee, and their cars and trucks wake you early in the morning. There's shady activity, and I still haven't heard back from anyone at the hotel. You'd think this would be easy to figure out with their surveillance system.

I've stayed here several times while passing through and have always had good experiences. It isn't fancy, but it works for what I need.
