We stayed two days and enjoyed it. It was quiet, cheap, and seemed clean and bug-free from what we saw. The woman was helpful and took the $40 deposit shown online, even though they were asking for $100 cash. There was no Wi-Fi or phone in the room, which I didn't like. Me and my kids would stay again if we needed to.

I'm grateful for the stay. The room was clean, the service was good, the bed was comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked.

A few months ago I tried to check in with my registered service dog. They wanted a $200 cash deposit plus a nonrefundable $75 pet fee, even though she isn't a pet, she's a service dog. I showed them all my credentials. They then said there was no room available and started adding more deposits, so I gave up.

The beds were fine, but the rest of the place looked like it had been picked out of a dumpster, and the whole hotel smelled of rotten cigarette smoke. The side doors had no locks, which meant anyone could wander in at night and try to break into rooms. You can't enter through the front, only through those side doors in dark alleys. They seemed confused about my reservation, and check-in took around 15 minutes. They also asked for a $20 cash no-smoking deposit, but dropped it when I said I had no cash. There's no breakfast, and if Wi-Fi is available, there's no information on how to use it. I'm not fussy about hotels, but this is one of the scummiest I've ever seen.
