They found an opened bottle of lube spilled across the room floor, and it definitely wasn’t theirs. That was extremely concerning. They spoke with the front desk and manager, who said they’d check the cameras and share details the next morning. They agreed to wait while finding another place, but the next day nobody seemed to know anything. The desk only asked whether they were checking out or staying. For the remaining day, they asked for a refund and were sent to the booking app. No explanation or even an apology for the inconvenience. They felt disgusted and disrespected, and wouldn’t trust the hotel to take responsibility for guest safety if something happened. Before that, things had gone smoothly, aside from the cigar and marijuana smell. A cousin stayed there February 26-28, and after going out in the morning, they returned to find the room hadn’t been cleaned and the towels hadn’t been changed. What happened after they left, and did anyone go into the room? Very concerning.

The desk staff were great at check-in and overnight. Parking was tougher than expected because the lot fills with tailgaters on game day. Inside, though, the room and much of the property smelled like an ashtray under a heavy, ineffective deodorizer. The room was reasonably okay but visibly worn and dated. The walls are thin, too, and the neighbors sounded like they were having either an amateur wrestling or karaoke night.

We stay here pretty often for work, my sons and I when we're traveling. Breakfast is very good and the staff are friendly. Definitely recommend it.

I’d booked Arbor Inn, but got moved here, and honestly it turned out to be the best luck for those two days. Slept really well, breakfast was great with lots of options, and the place was clean. Staff were attentive and easy to talk to. I’ll definitely come back.
