The bed was miserable, sagging in the middle, and the sheets slipped off during the night until we were sleeping on the bare mattress. There wasn't a top cover, just a sheet and white comforter. The pool had no water, so we couldn't use it, and the fitness center was in disarray. Breakfast choices looked sparse, and a shipping container sat in the parking lot. The hotel smelled strongly of cigarette smoke throughout. Ceiling tiles were broken and stained, paint was peeling in several places, and the shower curtain was stained yellow. Bathroom fixtures were rusty, with wiring sticking out of the walls. At 3 PM we waited five minutes for someone to greet us at the front desk, then had to call the hotel to get checked in. The whole place looked like it had been abandoned for years, then reopened with only a fresh coat of paint on the outside.
