The owners are welcoming and very friendly, and the rooms upstairs are nicer. It’s close to shopping and gas stations, right around Rayn rd eere, between Franklin and Oakcreek where the businesses are. Prices are convenient, with weekly and biweekly deals, and the rooms are big and comfortable.

I stayed there for just under a year while we were building the Elm road generating station. The owner treated me very well. Whenever he grilled or cooked outside, he’d offer me some and even fix me a plate. He was also a fellow Chevy fan, with a pristine Monte Carlo SS.

The rooms were kept very well, and the TV deserves extra points. The owner greeted me kindly and treated me with respect. The soda machine doesn’t work, but maybe they’re trying to encourage healthy living, even though his son is on the hefty side.

The owners are really nice and try to help with whatever you need. Rooms are quiet and clean, and for $60 to $70 depending on the room and amenities, you get what you pay for. The decor is dated.
