Days Inn Franklin Nashville

The room was clean and comfortable, just what I needed for a restful night at the Red Roof Inn. The best part was the night shift receptionist. Even though it was late, they welcomed me with a genuine smile, handled what I needed quickly, and shared useful local tips. They were warm and efficient, and made me feel valued as a guest. It was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend it. That service was the cherry on top.

The renovations were much needed, and this time we got to see them after noticing work underway on our previous stay. We were very pleased with the result. The room was clean and had the basic amenities, the rate was fair, the water pressure was great, the shower had room for two, and the bed was super comfy. My husband and I travel for work, and we've been satisfied both times we've stayed here in the past year. We'll definitely be back. Great job on the renovations!

The room looked nothing like the pictures. I paid for a deluxe king that was supposed to be remodeled with parquet flooring, but got an old room with stained blankets and towels, and I had bug bites from the bed. The bathroom sink leaked when draining, and the A/C only worked on and off. When I tried to talk to the front desk lady about the problems, she was rude and threatened to call the cops. She refused to fix the issue.

The night staff were awesome and tried to help, but the hotel was sold out with no other rooms available. The sheets, towels, and bed were fine. The rest of the place needs attention: the furnishings look like they’re from my childhood, the carpet felt damp and smelled, and the air conditioner smelled even worse. They gave us air freshener, but it didn’t help. I’ve stayed in worse places, but this one is up there. It might do for one night, but I probably won’t come back until there’s been a complete renovation. The owner NEEDS TO UPDATE.
