The exterior is inviting enough, and the attendants were friendly, but by the time I left I was disappointed. The place felt dingy, with hair in the sheets and a silverfish in the bathroom. Cleanliness clearly isn’t a priority. An inattentive cleaner had even left the clock under the bed. A few other things were broken or annoying: the dresser drawers wouldn’t stay shut, the water pressure was nonexistent, and some lights didn’t work. The location also felt a bit seedy, with a liquor store on the same block that was barred up. It wasn’t the absolute worst place I’ve stayed, but you’ll probably want to look at other options.
