Audrey at the front desk was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient with tired travelers. I believe that was her name, and she's the reason I'm giving five stars. The room was good and the bed comfy, though I wish the shower got hotter. For the hotel itself, I'd probably say 3-4 stars.

Kaitlyn was great when we checked in, though the other staff weren't very friendly. Breakfast was decent, with plenty of seating, but the area where you pick up food was narrow and awkward when lots of people were there. There was plenty of hot water, and the location was great. The room wasn't as nice or clean as the website photos, though that might have been because we had a dog. I expected more for the price, but we were there during a Pickleball tournament, lol.

Oops, I put up the wrong review for this hotel. That one was for the place we stayed at just before. This hotel was awesome. The room was very clean, the staff were super friendly, and it was a great value.

The breakfast was tasty, and the price was much lower than IHG. I liked the staff, location, price, and comfort, though I'd suggest different pillows. I'll stay at the Quality Inn & Suites next time I'm in Gallup.

Car trouble on the freeway meant we unexpectedly had to stay overnight. The room was clean, breakfast was good, and I'd stay here again if I pass through this way.
