We booked The Flatts at the last minute for a fall getaway with another couple at Seneca Lake. Karen was a wonderful, patient host, and our spacious unit was clean and made us reluctant to leave. Restaurants were an easy walk away, and the lake attractions were close by.

The apartment was clean, modern, and had a huge kitchen. We stayed two nights with our three kids and had a great time. It’s right by the center of Geneva, a small but very cute town. Several restaurants are within walking distance, and the tourist center by the lake is about a five-minute walk away.

Karen and Don were welcoming and very accommodating, and the space itself is beautiful. We could walk to plenty of restaurants and bars from The Flatts at North Shore. I’d definitely recommend booking here for a Geneva stay.

Karen has a lot of hospitality experience and is an excellent hostess. We came with another couple for winery visits and hiking, and the place was spotless. The floatation therapy and sauna are right below the rental units. I was new to floating, but ended up loving it. We’ll definitely book with her again when we’re near the Finger Lakes.

Our two-bedroom unit was roomy, modern, and equipped with everything we’d need for an extended stay. The Flatts are all new and in perfect condition, with an ideal downtown location. Karen and Don paid attention to every detail and were available to make sure our stay was easy and enjoyable.
