Super 8 Grand Rapids

Parking was simple, and my friend could get around easily with her wheelchair. The lot was full the next morning, so it seems like a popular choice in the area. We’d use it again. We stayed one night for her family reunion and checked in at 3. The front desk woman was so welcoming and helpful, and pointed out the complimentary cookies and coffee or lemon water in the lobby. There’s a small, tidy seating area just off the lobby. Our room had clean, carpet-free floors, smelled fresh, and was already cool from the AC on a hot day. The bathroom was clean and well stocked, with lots of hot water. My only small gripe was the mini fridge, which wasn’t very useful. Thanks for the clean room and pleasant stay.

The breakfast had a nice range of choices, and they handled pandemic precautions well. Our beds were soft but still supportive, and very comfortable. The room was spotless, fresh, and so pristine it seemed like it might have been renovated recently. Staff were friendly and accommodating throughout. Really, I have nothing to complain about.

The shower pressure was great, which matters a lot to me. The room was clean and roomy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They also offer hot breakfast and free access to Anytime Fitness whenever you want. I’d definitely recommend it.

I’ve stayed at Super 8 in Grand Rapids often over the years and have always had a good experience. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff are welcoming, helpful, and around when you need them. A few of the women have worked there for years, and they’re efficient, which seems to help everything run smoothly. I’ll keep coming back as my go-to hotel.
