The breakfast food was hot and delicious, and the room was nicely decorated and very clean during our three-night visit with relatives. Lex and Stephanie at the front desk were professional and always willing to answer questions or help out. Housekeeping also did a great job on both the room and bathroom. I recommend the hotel and plan to stay again on a future trip to Greensboro.

Stephanie and Juan were so personable and friendly, and both went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We’d become friends by checkout. The hotel has a great vibe, and I’d happily recommend it and stay again.

The hotel is clean and well located, but every time I stay there’s an issue with my reservation, and I know I’m not the only one. They may put you out after one night even when you’ve booked more, or cancel your reservation that night if you check in early, leaving you without a place to sleep. Be careful. I wouldn’t stay here.

The staff were helpful and polite, and breakfast was tolerable. The room was a bit dated and noisy, our sheet wouldn’t stay on the bed, and I had to evict a stink bug.
