Being right across from the baseball field gave the hotel a fun atmosphere, and the bar had a great feel with really friendly staff. I was in Greensboro for work for three nights, and this was my second stay here. The customer service was fantastic again, everyone was welcoming and attentive. I’d highly recommend it for a visit to downtown Greensboro.

The rooms are always clean and fresh smelling, and everyone on staff is pleasant. I can’t recall the night manager’s name, but she’s been friendly and helpful to me over the years. I always enjoy staying here.

Michelle at the front desk deserves a special thank you. She was warm, professional, and helpful the whole time, and her customer service really made me feel at home. The hotel was clean and comfortable, too. I had a wonderful stay and would come back.

Our thermostat wasn’t working, and Michelle came up to the room herself to do whatever she could to fix it. The problem didn’t get fully resolved, but that wasn’t because she didn’t try. She made our comfort a priority from the moment we told her and kept looking for a solution. Her effort went far beyond what I’d expect from someone at the front desk. That kind of care and initiative is rare, and it didn’t go unnoticed. She’s a real asset to this property.

We had two TVs and a living room, which was cool, and the staff were awesome. The cleaner was especially sweet, and breakfast was so good. The hotel itself was great, but the room got really hot. Turning on the air conditioning gradually made it warmer, so I stayed awake until midnight and only got seven hours of sleep. I’d come back, but the heating and air conditioning system needs fixing.
