The location made things easy, with the airport, freeway entrances, food, and gas stations close by. I’d stayed here once before and liked it, so when an emergency came up with my new home, I came back. The studio was nicely furnished and the cleanest hotel room I’ve seen in ages. Housekeeping was helpful and polite, and the staff felt like neighbors I was glad to see coming and going. I had a small air-conditioning problem and worried it might take ages or mean changing rooms, but Adrian sorted it out so quickly I even texted my uncle about it. They were professional and really helpful during a stressful time.

Dogs are allowed, and you can often hear them barking. The walls are thin, there was hair on my towels, and there’s no housekeeping service. The front desk is open just two hours a day, and in bad weather it doesn’t open at all. When it’s closed, you have to get your key from a kiosk and speak to a customer service representative in India. They could barely speak English, and the whole process took over 20 minutes. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in for more than $50.

Adrian at the front desk is great. Whenever something comes up, he’s quick to sort it out and always willing to help. He really goes above and beyond, which makes the stay feel much more welcoming.

Adrian makes sure everything in the room is working and checks whether we need anything. He always says hello when we pass, and even pets our dog when he sees her. He’s helped me feel at home and comfortable throughout my stay at Woodspring. Thanks for the hospitality, Adrian.
