Embassy Suites Greenville Golf Resort & Conference Center

I spent three nights here for a conference, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've had. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and clean, and breakfast was fresh, tasty, and offered lots of variety. There were comfortable open spots inside and outside where I could sit and read. The daily cocktail reception came with snacks, and the hotel shuttle would take you anywhere nearby.

We were a large group in town for a family reunion, and I'd definitely recommend this resort to others. It's also 15 minutes from downtown. I got to check in early, the place was clean, breakfast was delicious and included an omelette station, and the complimentary daily drinks were a bonus. The free shuttle drivers, Billy and Shun, were outstanding. They shared lots of tips about local finds and went the extra mile. Thanks for a great experience!

Neesha came through when I needed a safety pin, and everyone was so nice. The rooms and breakfast area were clean. I was here for a conference and had lunch and dinner at the hotel, both of which were really good. The servers were on top of things. The breakfast bar was a bit meager, but the omelettes were good. A wonderful hotel!

I left about 10 minutes after checking in because of the room's condition and the lack of security and professionalism. I didn't stay overnight, use the room, or use any amenities, but management still intends to charge me for two nights and has refused to address my concerns properly. As a loyal Diamond member, I find that unacceptable. I'm asking for the reservation charges to be removed and for this to be reviewed seriously. The property's condition, how it was presented online, and the safety concerns I experienced don't match the standards I expect from Hilton. When I arrived at the Embassy Suites Golf Resort in Greenville this past weekend, people who didn't seem to be guests were wandering around the lobby and hotel. Loud music was blasting from the lower floor, making the place feel chaotic, unprofessional, and unsafe. I saw non-guests roaming the floors again on my way to the front desk. My room was in extremely poor shape, with stained carpet, outdated furniture, and an overall look more like a rundown motel than a Hilton property. It looked nothing like the updated photos online. Staff told me there was nothing they could do, and that the pictures showed renovated rooms while mine hadn't been updated.
