Extended Stay America Greenville Woodruff Road

I've been staying at Extended Stay America on Woodruff Rd for quite a while, and it really feels like a second home. Moe, Jennifer, Rafael, and Lala were awesome. Everyone's been sweet, friendly, and genuinely caring, and the staff have started to feel like family. My room has always been clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the quiet, safe location is another plus. I'm grateful for the kindness and support during my stay, and would happily come back. I loved my experience here.

Amber and her staff are professional and polite, and they make you feel at home when you're away from home. This is the best hotel I've stayed at in more than 20 years of traveling. I'd recommend the hotel at 1013 Woodruff Rd, Greenville SC 29607 to anyone looking for a place to stay. Thank you, Amber and staff.

A very bad experience. I stayed three nights, and the bathroom sink faucet barely flowed, just a trickle. When I asked the evening receptionist to arrange a fix, he said that's how it is and nothing could be done. He wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor, give his name, or show his badge. He said his name was R, just the letter. Then he suggested I check out, which felt like a threat. I said I'd leave a negative review and he told me to go ahead. I checked out in the morning and probably won't return. There was no way to reach a supervisor, which made the whole thing more frustrating. I would've tried to resolve it with one before posting a negative review, but it seemed hotel management didn't want to be reached or bothered. The rooms also have that typical smell some hotels get, though I'm not sure how to describe it.

I had high hopes because this place was great when I stayed a couple of years ago. This time it wasn't as clean. The room looked dingy, the floors were dirty, and there were food particles all over the unclean fridge. There was a smoke smell too. Yuck. The bathroom faucet barely ran, so we had to use the kitchen sink instead. The thermostat showed an error and we froze in the room. Thank goodness it was only for one night. They did let me check in late, and after a long drive the front desk woman was helpful. Kudos to her.
