The Moose Safari was the highlight of our vacation. Aiden was a wonderful guide, so knowledgeable, kind, and gracious. We loved the breathtaking views from the back of the property and those stunning sunsets, too. The staff were incredibly attentive and kind, always taking extra steps to make our stay special. It's well worth the trip to Moosehead Lake, and if we're back this way, we'll stay at the Lodge and book another safari.

We had the place to ourselves when we visited in early May, and the staff made us feel so welcome. Breakfast was included and absolutely delicious. The lake views, especially at sunset, were fantastic, and the location was great for hiking. The little touches made the stay: flower-shaped chocolates and a welcome card in our room, coffee and tea available around the clock, plus a personal Keurig, chilled water pitcher, and ice bucket in the room fridge. They also brought out fresh homemade cookies each day. The on-site restaurant wasn't due to open for another week, but fine dining was just 0.3 miles away and there were plenty of other options in town. Very highly recommend!

Breakfast with a view was outstanding, and we spent the weekend unwinding in the inn's cozy spots with delicious cocktails. We came for a weekend getaway and were welcomed by a beautifully decorated lodge, a roaring fire in the great room, and fresh-baked cookies. Our room was clean and fresh, with everything we could need. The thoughtful details and the way they meet each guest's needs really stand out. For a winter refresh, the Lodge at Moosehead Lake should be high on your list.

That sound machine in the room was great, and the jetted tub and fireplace made our snowy weekend getaway perfect. The service was outstanding at this awesome place. We had a special dinner, and the food was delicious. By the fourth course I was getting full, and there were still four more to go. The chef is amazing!

We had a wonderful time on the Moose Safari, and our guide was amazing. Back at the Lodge, we enjoyed breakfast each morning and drinks on the patio with that gorgeous view. The room was great, the Lodge itself is gorgeous, and the staff were warm and welcoming. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay feel perfect.
