Mr. Ryan at the front desk made our stay. My friend and I flip cars for a living and had a truck and trailer with us. Parking was tricky at first, but after I checked with the hotel staff and police department, I parked about a block away. They said it was okay. We felt safe in this quiet, nice part of town, with police nearby. They even fly a drone around, which is great. The truck and trailer were safe overnight, including the limited edition vehicle on the back. It was still there in the morning without a scratch. We were exhausted, and Ryan arranged two clean rooms next to each other with a great view. He explained the amenities and said he was available all night if we needed anything extra or had questions. The beds were easy to sleep in, and we had no issues overnight. Thanks again, Ryan. I hope the hotel chain recognizes you. It was a pleasure meeting you.

We come back to this Hampton Inn because it's clean, the staff are helpful and friendly, and the location works well for our visits to doctors in the area. We lived here for over five years and have returned a couple of times a year for the past two-plus years to see our doctors and old friends. We trust those doctors, and we plan appointments around the noon checkout we've always been allowed. Last night I asked about it at check-in, was told no problem, and to confirm in the morning. Then, when I requested noon instead of 11, they said they couldn't do it. The hotel may have been half full, and there's a nice, spacious sitting area, but we also weren't allowed to sit there with our dog, despite paying an $81 pet fee for our 12-pound mini poodle. The cleaning staff love our little Alice. This was disappointing compared with every other visit. I don't see why they couldn't give us an extra hour, since the cleaning team can't do every room at once. We stay here because of the late checkout.

I felt safe the whole time. Parking was free, easy, and seemed secure. The rooms were clean, the gym was amazing, and breakfast offered a good variety. Downtown Greer is within walking distance.

I'm loyal to Hilton and needed to be near GSP, about two and a half hours from home. I stayed overnight to avoid getting up super early. The price seemed reasonable and the reviews were decent. I appreciated the parking garage, and checking in online with keyless entry on my phone made it easy to get in without speaking to staff. The room was okay, and the bed was passable, though not especially comfortable. The pillows were awful, they went flat as soon as I put my head down. But then a cockroach came out with a tissue when I pulled one from the box. I was done. I called the front desk to tell them, and the person just said, “Okay.” No apology or reaction at all. I know bugs can happen, but that lack of concern was really unsettling, almost like it wasn't a surprise. If a roach or two and flat pillows don't bother you, you'll be fine. I'm never coming back.
