The hotel called after my stay to apologize and adjusted our bill, which I really appreciated. At check-in, nobody mentioned that the elevator was broken. We found the out-of-order sign after hauling our luggage into the lobby, then carried everything up three floors. Once there, we discovered the desk clerk hadn’t coded our key, so we had to go back down and then up to the room again.

Doris made check-in easy and hassle-free. The A/C in my room barely worked. I’m sure they would have been nice enough to move me or fix it, but I was only there for one night. Breakfast was disappointing too, with soaking wet eggs and very little selection.

The suites are large and have a kitchen with everything needed for a comfortable extended stay. The place was clean, and the front desk and other staff provided excellent, friendly service.

Jordan was at the front desk tonight and helped me with everything I needed. She was so nice and helpful. I’d definitely recommend her as a manager, given how much she cares about customers.

We’ve been here a couple of months for work, and my husband and I have had a wonderful experience. The rooms are tidy and clean, the breakfast is hot and fresh, and the price is wonderful. Amanda has taken amazing care of us. I’d highly recommend this hotel, can’t be beat. 👍👍
