The house’s shared spaces make it easy to settle in, whether you want to read, play an instrument, or just relax. There are patios and an outdoor deck too, and the old-fashioned details throughout give the place a lot of charm. Joe and Cody were warm, easy to talk to, and happy to help. Their local tips for food and places to visit were great. It’s an easy walk to downtown, and we felt safe in the area. Breakfast was delicious. I can’t imagine finding a better place to stay in town.

We stayed in the Carraige Chamber for four nights, 2/26-3/2, and were comfortable there. The room and the whole place are beautifully decorated, and breakfast was fantastic, with a different dish each morning. Cody and Joe made us feel welcome right away, like we’d known them for years. It’s also an easy walk into town. We’d gladly recommend this Bed&Breakfast and plan to come back. Tammy & Bill

The Parlour Suite felt luxurious, and I came away feeling pampered and relaxed. Cody and Joe were amazing hosts. The hot breakfast was cooked just right, and the homemade apple strudel was a treat. Their lemon bars and brownies were better than bakery desserts. The house is tucked away from the main street in a quiet spot, but shops, restaurants, and the Hot Springs Spas are only a short walk away. We also planned a trip to Crator of Diamonds State Park, about an hour away, and Cody and Joe even lent us some “mining equipment” for the outing. I wish I could give this gorgeous Bed and Breakfast more than five stars. Thanks again for such a great stay!

Daily room cleaning and really good breakfasts gave this Bnb a level of service that stood out, while it still felt cozy and homey. They leave tea and homemade baked goods out all day for guests to grab. Joe and the team were super friendly too. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

After a long day hiking, it was great to come back to a comfortable bed. The property is lovely and keeps its vintage charm, with downtown, the bathhouses, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance. Food was probably our favorite part. We got homemade blueberry pancakes with bacon and eggs at the sit-down breakfast, and there were also treats, trail mix, fruit, tea, and soda out throughout the day. When we wanted an early start, they packed breakfast burritos and fresh food for us by 6:45 am ahead of Saturday’s rain, then sent us off with breakfast sandwiches on homemade Hawaiian rolls early Monday. One of the owners greeted us with a map and lots of suggestions for places to check out. Highly recommended for a Hot Springs visit.
