Navroz, our front desk representative, texted us after check-in. The lobby and room were clean, presentable, and well managed. We had a gooseneck trailer, and the lot was big enough that we weren't in anyone's way. Check-in was easy after a late drive, and the room was already scheduled; they confirmed it and that our dogs were staying too. There's a gas station connected to the property and a Jack-in-the-Box for basic needs. You can hear planes because it's by the airport, but that didn't bother us. I'd recommend it.

Tia at the breakfast bar made our stay memorable for me and my family. She was warm, energetic, professional, and attentive, anticipating what we needed and making every morning feel welcoming. In all my travels, including in New York State, where service can be fast-paced but impersonal, I've rarely encountered hospitality like hers. Breakfast staff are often overlooked, but Tia made the role special. She deserves a promotion, perhaps to supervisor or training lead, and could even lead training across Hampton Inn/Hilton properties worldwide. Hotels need more people like her. The front desk team was wonderful too. One woman checked us in early at about 11:30 a.m., rather than making us wait until the usual 3:00 p.m. time, and went above and beyond from the start. The airport is very close, so there was the expected plane noise, which we knew about and didn't mind. Thank you, Tia, for making the trip unforgettable.

For two years we've stayed here overnight between connecting flights at Bush Airport. The on-call pickup shuttle is quick and efficient, and there are fast food options right next door. The rooms are quiet and have been refreshed, with a modern feel. A great place to spend the night before flying.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast bar was awesome. That's the only reason I gave this place two stars instead of one. Unfortunately, there were roaches: we killed three large ones in the room and found a few babies in the bed. There was even a dead roach lying in the middle of the lobby, as if it had just enjoyed the continental breakfast. We stayed four nights and never came back to find the room cleaned or refreshed. Maybe that's our fault or maybe the process has changed, but I'm used to housekeeping coming in during the day while you're out. It didn't happen here. Sadly, I wouldn't recommend this place.
