The room had a couch and desk area, though the couch wasn’t very cushioned, and the door had no top lock. Still, the rooms are cute and cozy for the price. There’s a medium-sized fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, and they seal the toilets to show they’ve been cleaned and sanitized. They also leave a cute bottle of water and some small toiletries. I honestly don’t know why this hotel only has a one-star rating.

The rooms were clean and free of roaches and other bugs, which is why I’m giving four stars. Traffic from the freeway is kind of loud. There’s no free breakfast or vending machine, though they sell a few kinds of drinks at the front desk. Rooms have shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothbrushes, and Wi-Fi. There aren’t many cable channels, but the TV is big and works great, and the remote works too. The phone didn’t work, but that wasn’t a big deal.

I kept the room clean myself, even with my trained dog, but they still charged me extra for him. I was paying $500 a week for a room for me and my children. They said everyone had to check out, yet it looked like I was the only one leaving during the pandemic, and every room was occupied. I’m homeless, so this was especially hard. I won’t go back. The tall young man in the office seemed sneaky and stuck-up to me, and I believe he was the problem.

I expected a decent night's sleep and got a nightmare instead. There were roaches, both small and large, in the bathroom, and the sheets were stained. When I complained, he told me to wash the roaches off with water and ignore them. That was disgusting. The service was horrible, and I wouldn't stay again even for $50 a night. If I could, I wouldn't give the hotel any stars. I’m going to email the BBB about what happened.
