The staff were good and moved me quickly when my first room had mold all over the curtains and a terrible smell, but the next room was dirty and full of bugs. Its AC was broken and not up to code, and the sink wouldn't drain. My third room seemed fine until I tried the TV, then I found there was no cable box or Wi-Fi. It's cheap, but the rooms aren't worth even that small price. When I complained to HR, they wouldn't refund me. I asked for a free night at another location to win back my business, and they refused. After the mold, bugs, clogged sink, and all that trouble, I won't spend money here again.

We had a toddler and two other children with us, so staying in this dirty room wasn't possible. Debris covered the carpet, the toilet leaked onto the bathroom floor and kept running, and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. We had to leave and find another hotel. We'd reserved a king room with a sofa, but at check-in we were told it only had a chair. There were no rollaway beds, so they couldn't properly accommodate our family. When I went back to ask for a manager, the employee said no manager had been on-site for two days. They tried calling several people without getting an answer, and offered no alternative room. I've tried to sort this out since then, but the email address they gave me doesn't work, the property hasn't called back, and my money still hasn't been refunded. This was a serious failure in cleanliness and management, not a small inconvenience. I hope the owners fix these problems so other families don't go through the same thing.

We had no choice but to book here for a varsity cheer competition because every other hotel was full. The room had mold on the walls and ceiling, toenails and blood on the floor, stained floors and chair, and brown marks on the sheets. We left and had to get another hotel. Now nobody at the hotel will answer. They tried to charge me hundreds more than I owed, and won't reply or refund my money. Several other families are dealing with the same problem or being charged twice. Team Travel has contacted you, and I've called at least 10 times, used your texting service, and left messages. I still haven't heard back.

The room they moved us to still had cold water, after the first room had no hot water either. When I called the desk about it, they said, “Oh, some of the rooms just don't have hot water.” There were stains on the walls and carpet, and rust on the lamps, knobs, and handles. The room had no hair dryer or iron. I had to ask twice to get them, and the only ice machine was on the first floor. For the quality, it was overpriced, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.
