Getting fresh towels was a hassle. They told me to bring my used ones down so they could wash them instead of just giving me clean towels, which I've never had to do at a hotel. The elevator was painfully slow too, making every trip up and down a nuisance. At check-in the front desk staff gave me a room key without running my card. Then at 11 PM I got a call saying there'd been an error and they needed to sort out payment. A late call about something that should've been handled when I checked in felt inconvenient and unprofessional. From start to finish, the stay was frustrating, disorganized, and uncomfortable. I expected basic hospitality and much better service.

I've been here twice, and both rooms were clean, smelled nice on arrival, and had nothing broken or trashy. It's not a luxury hotel, but compared with some other places like this, it's pretty good. The staff are helpful and nice, and they seem to care about customer service, which isn't always common at extended-stay hotels. No complaints, and I'd stay again. I'd rate it 4.5/5.

The room smelled even worse than the hallway, and when we saw roaches crawling around, we decided to leave. The hallways had a horrible mix of marijuana, pet, cigarette, and damp carpet smells. We had already waited 5-10 minutes because nobody was at the front desk. When a woman finally appeared, she checked us in but was unfriendly and had an attitude. We went back to return the key and explain why we were leaving. She said, “What do you expect when you pay for a room that cheap?” As we walked out, she muttered that next time we should pay more somewhere else. We were shocked by her response and will never go back or recommend the place.

The place was consistently unkempt, and the elevator was often unsanitary. They charged $6 for towel exchanges every time, and there was no room service. The cleanliness and safety concerns are significant. I strongly advise against staying here.
