Yinetzy, one of the waitresses, made breakfast especially pleasant. She was outstanding, polite, and accommodating. The made-to-order breakfast was delicious, the rooms were clean, the bed comfortable, and the decor beautiful. My husband and I had a five-star stay and will definitely come back! 🌟

We had a very good stay, and the museum is close enough to walk to. Breakfast costs extra and you order from a menu. My one complaint is the large filtered water bottle sold by the front desk for $8. Why charge that much?

Great location. Room 219 looks new and smells fresh, and dinner and a drink in the lobby were fine. To get the heat going, press MODE, turn the fan ON, change the snowflake to the flame symbol, then choose your temperature.

We were told we'd have to pay for early check-in and an upgrade even though there was space available, so we cancelled and went to another Hilton property two miles away in a better area. They had no issue giving us both the upgrade and early check-in without a charge. Very disappointing that Hilton Gold loyalty doesn't seem to count at this location.

Everything was very clean and the room was good, though the mattress felt a little stiff. The room card programmer was down, but the front desk was nice about it and walked me to my room to let me in. The next morning I needed a later checkout and got no answer when I called. Then they called to hurry me along, and housekeeping knocked at 9 am.
