The location is great for getting out to everything Indianapolis has to offer, and the building itself feels solid and quiet. We just moved into the Penn Street Tower apartments and are extremely happy so far. Jason, the manager, is friendly and attentive. Rent payments and maintenance requests both go through a convenient app. We’ve used it a couple of times and have been impressed by how quickly maintenance responds.
I was nervous at first about living downtown, but Jason took time to answer my questions and helped me feel comfortable with the decision. He was kind, responsive, and attentive throughout the process. I’m now genuinely excited about moving in and becoming part of this beautiful community. Thanks so much, Jason. :))
I’ve been at Penn Street Towers for two years and love it. It’s affordable and close to downtown attractions and events, and the management staff are great and always helpful.
The move-in and key pickup were a breeze, and I’m looking forward to living in the apartment. Jason, the property manager, was helpful and attentive through the whole process and got me approved within 24 hours. Juelz from maintenance was quick and did a great job getting the apartment in top shape and ready for move-in.
After almost three years here, I’ve just moved out, and this was by far the best apartment complex I’ve lived in. The few maintenance issues that came up were handled professionally and taken care of. Jason in the leasing office was a big part of what made living here good. He was always friendly when I saw him in the hallway, responded quickly, and helped with whatever I needed. I’d definitely recommend living here.
