It’s a rare find, so future Airbnbers (is that a word lol), don’t pass this place up. I came down for my daughter’s college orientation, and I love this place. It feels authentic, in its original form yet beautiful and unique in the Jackson MS area. No complaints, I’ll return and recommend it. Stay original and true.
The room was really nice, but check-in and parking felt a little awkward. Several other people were checking in at the same time and ran into issues too. Check-in doesn’t start until 5 PM, which feels a bit late.
The managers were incredibly welcoming and happy to answer questions when I toured the Courthouse apartments. I really liked the pool and gym too. It was a great experience, and I’d recommend taking a look.
The pool area was lovely, the rooms were very clean, and they had full-size appliances. A great experience all around, and I’d definitely recommend it to others!
I wouldn’t recommend staying here. One of my keys didn’t work, and when I got to the room, almost all the bedding had dirty stains on it. I had to wash everything, but the only pods by the washer were for dishes. The curtains were see-through, so with the right lighting and angle someone could see straight inside. The unit didn’t have the promised Wi-Fi, a lamp was broken, there were hardly any outlets, and the soaps were half empty. Save yourself the hassle.
