My employees drove about 13 hours to the hotel, only to be told there was no reservation and no room available, despite confirmation from both Expedia and the hotel and payment of $412.32. Staff said the hotel doesn't contract with Expedia and didn't know why it was still listed there. My employees were left without lodging late in the evening, so I had to find a last-minute place for them to rest before work the next morning. I had booked their lodging through Expedia and tried to get a refund for the reservation the hotel said didn't exist. The hotel emailed Expedia refusing to refund the money. When I contacted the hotel directly, staff hung up on me and wouldn't speak further, and they also didn't respond to Expedia's later attempts to resolve it. The hotel took payment, denied the reservation, refused lodging and a refund, and wouldn't communicate in good faith. I've filed complaints with the economic crimes division and plan to pursue criminal charges and report the matter to the appropriate state and federal authorities. I believe this conduct amounts to deceptive business practices and accepting funds through interstate commerce without providing the contracted service.

The map pin doesn't match the actual hotel, and OYO cannot book a room there. The hotel isn't connected to OYO at all; arrangements are made in person at the office window, and payment is cash. Hotel employees don't know about this Google listing. OYO is a scam, in my view, and won't return money paid to them. I've suggested that Google remove the phone number, website, and OYO from the listing name, but I doubt those edits will go through because the scammers control the listing. Ignore OYO's comments or replies on these reviews.

Avoid this place. I didn't read the reviews first and found out too late that they don't accept third-party reservations. Now I'm trying to get a refund. They send you to OYO, which asks for confirmation and booking numbers, then says it can't find your information.

I needed a room at night, booked online, and paid. When I arrived at the travel inn, they said they had no room available. I never got my money back. I wish I'd checked the reviews before booking.

The place looks a bit rough at first, but for a budget stay they do seem to try. Our reservation wasn't in the system when we arrived, though a quick call to oyo sorted it out in about 15 minutes. The room had a mini fridge without a freezer and a microwave. There were no bugs, and it was fairly clean even though we'd booked a smoking room. Our pillows smelled like laundry soap, not cigarettes. The safety catch had been upgraded, not because it was broken, and the toilet and fixtures were properly mounted, working, and maintained.
