Saul is the best leasing consultant I've ever met. He was professional on the tour, explaining each area of the property and what it was for, and offered drinks and snacks. Then we sat down to go over the amenities, what to expect, and the move-in process. He called me again today and was so friendly and funny, talking to me like we'd known each other for years. Keep up the great work. Your company should be proud to have you.

My car was broken into, and the leasing office never said a word about it. That pretty much sums up how little they seem to care about residents. A one-bedroom, one-bath place is listed at $1,100, but fees bring it to around $1,300, and I can only imagine what a two- or three-bedroom would cost. When I tried to transfer and improve my situation, they piled on extra charges in addition to the transfer fee and made it hard to leave my current apartment. Chaba was unprofessional too. He went over my move-out charges without a checklist and seemed to make up the amount on the spot. I wouldn’t recommend moving here. It feels like they care more about getting money out of you than helping you.

I left very disappointed. When I raised concerns, management wasn't helpful or professional, and it was hard to get clear answers or feel that anything was fair. The move-out bill also included a long list of fees I hadn't expected and found excessive. I expected better treatment. Be careful before signing a lease here, and save yourself the stress if you can.

The maintenance experience was awful. I submitted a work order, it was mysteriously canceled, and no one ever came. Meanwhile, the bathtub and sink kept clogging, the toilet handle kept breaking, and the refrigerator handle broke twice from opening it gently. The valet trash pickup was inconsistent too, happening whenever the workers felt like it. I moved into a small one-bedroom, one-bath apartment near the end of last year, and within days roaches were coming out of the kitchen sink and running across the counters. Living with that infestation in such a small place was traumatizing. I was upset that they let me move in when the apartment was in that condition. It was a horrible experience.
