The community stays pretty quiet, and it's very pet-friendly. The amenities are lovely and kept in good shape. I've lived at The Point at Town Center for 2.5 years, and the apartments feel well built, with quality appliances and hardware. I hardly ever need to put in a maintenance request, but when I do, it's handled quickly. Every staff interaction has been positive, helpful, and effective. Elliott deserves a special mention: whether I need help or just feel like chatting, he's kind, understanding, and ready to help. I'm very thankful for him.

I wasn't sure The Point would be my home until I arrived for the in-person tour. Elliott's kindness and warm personality won both me and my friend over before we even saw the beautiful apartment. Earlier, I'd joined a video tour from out of state while my friend viewed the apartments, and his enthusiasm and attentiveness came through even on the call. At first it seemed I couldn't get the apartment I wanted, but he kept working on it and even fit me into an already fully booked afternoon after my first appointment. My friend and I noticed he knew residents by name, which says a lot about how he helps make the community welcoming. He eventually got me exactly what I wanted. I'm excited to call The Point home and look forward to seeing Elliott there.

Elliott made sure my move-in went smoothly. The staff are friendly, evenings are quiet, and I've really enjoyed living in this modern community. The pool is fantastic and the fitness room has plenty of equipment. It's also convenient for getting around to lots of areas in Jacksonville.
