The lake and green areas make Lost Lake Apartments feel peaceful and relaxing, and the pool, gym, and lounge are all well kept. The apartments are thoughtfully designed with quality finishes. Management is friendly and responsive, and Pam, Kevin, and Jennifer especially make the community feel welcoming. They make sure residents are looked after. I'm happy to call this home and couldn't ask for a better place to live.
My friend and I are first-time renters and came in with a ton of questions. Pam was patient, informative, and made the whole process feel much less intimidating. She really wants to find the right fit and was wonderful about explaining everything. I highly recommend her. The property is beautiful too, with modern, upgraded rooms and lots of well-kept amenities.
The community is peaceful, clean, and well maintained, and the amenities are really nice. I live downstairs and barely hear the neighbors above me, so the walls don't seem thin. The place is well built. Pam and Jennifer were welcoming, informative, and professional, and they helped the move-in go smoothly. They even arranged for me to move in a few days earlier, as I asked. Apartment hunting can be frustrating when leasing service is mediocre, but Lost Lake Apartments felt like home. Thank you, Ms. Pam and Jennifer. So far, I love it here. 10/10 👍🏽
It's a quiet, clean, safe community with just about everything, though it could use an outdoor hot tub. The staff are all super friendly and available, and they actually put on things for residents. Get lost at LOST LAKES.
The dog park's recent renovations are a hit with my pup. They love the turf and jumping through the obstacle course. Pam, Jenn, and Kevin have been wonderful, and whenever I call or visit the office, they're happy to help. The maintenance crew is experienced, quick, and polite too.
