Just an okay, cheap motel. Nothing was great, but it wasn't horrible either. The location was useful, with lots nearby, including a hospital across the street. Best of all, I didn't see any bugs. Places like this can come with roaches and other unwanted guests, so that was a plus.

For a construction worker or crew, this place does the job. The rooms are small, but they cool down quickly. The inside has been remodeled, while the outside hasn't much, though that didn't matter to me. The AC units are older but good, the bathroom is nice, and there's cable TV. The mattresses aren't great, the fridge is tiny, and the pillows sag. Fast food places and a dollar store are within walking distance, and there's a gas station across the street if you can get through the traffic. The highway is the main drawback. You can hear subwoofers and loud exhaust through the walls unless you turn up the TV. I like that kind of noise myself, but it's a problem being right on the road. The lobby stays locked, so check-in happens through a small night window, with the traffic noise and while standing outside in the heat or weather. At $90 a night, it's a little overpriced, though isn't everything. I'd use it again, but it's not perfect, and anyone who needs absolute quiet may want another spot. The other guests seemed decent, mostly construction workers.

Disgusting. I've stayed in plenty of motels, but for the same price I've had hotels that were ten times nicer. There were bugs all over the room, dirty sheets, sticky counters, and filthy floors. The TV was awful, and the deadbolt was broken. I felt robbed and would take my money back if I could. I badly needed sleep after a 13-plus-hour shift and didn't want to drive an hour home, but this place was trash.

It's quiet here, and management is very polite. The place got a bad reputation years ago, but the clientele has changed, so I think that reputation should change too. It's an underrated place to stay, and I'd recommend it if you're looking for somewhere inexpensive.

Good value for the price. I stayed for more than three weeks and will definitely come back when I'm in the area.
