When I said I wouldn’t stay any longer, the owner deactivated my room keys and said I could only have one key now. There was blood on the curtains, and plenty of cockroach roommates too.

The bathroom won’t drain, and the heat keeps shutting off. Plumbing and heating are a disaster, and there’s a huge mice and cockroach problem that nobody is fixing. Staff are rude and problematic. Over two months, they charged me several late fees even though I’d told them my work payment schedule. They also upcharge some customers and charge late fees to some but not others. I don’t recommend staying here. It’s a health and safety hazard.
It felt like staying in an abandoned hotel. The bathroom trash hadn’t been emptied, the towels looked dirty, and we found used Q-tips. There was also a counter stain that looked like someone had dyed their hair there. We were exhausted, or we would have gone somewhere else. Don’t believe the pictures. Skip this hotel and spend the money to stay somewhere else. The whole place left a bad feeling.
Right after I walked into the room, there was a smell somewhere between fish and Pickles. The towel holder by the shower was coming out of the wall, and some electrical outlets didn’t work. The room wasn’t as good as promised when I looked more closely. At check-in, the staff were polite and helpful. They showed me to the room and made sure it was ready. Even so, I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you have another option.
The room smelled bad as soon as we entered, had no air conditioning, and the bed felt worse than a hospital bed. The rear sliding door had a 2-inch gap and wouldn’t lock. This building should be condemned. We booked through Expedia and asked to change rooms, but were told to come to the front desk. We waited 39 minutes, ringing the bell, and nobody came. Expedia moved me to Comfort Inn, which was A1, and said they’d invoice USA INN for my room cost. USA INN is still refusing a refund, even though we spent only 20 minutes in the room. Expedia may drop them as an option over this. They even hung up on the Expedia relocation specialist. How professional.
