I didn't feel safe here. There were many homeless people and signs of drug use around, and a car was regularly parked by the entrance with someone dealing drugs. The hotel was run down, the room smelled bad and wasn't clean, and there were cockroaches and a badly torn-up floor. Most of the staff were rude and seemed annoyed when asked for anything, though one woman who worked there was nice. I hope this place closes.

We had to switch rooms the next day because the toilet in our first one didn't work. The staff member seemed frustrated, since guests before and after us had also needed room changes, but she handled it well and was helpful. Still, good service can't make up for a hotel this worn down. The second room was dirty too, with loose tiles, water damage, and a stained tub. In the first room, stains were easy to see on the walls, bedding, pillows, and lamps. The queen bed had just one tiny square pillow, with no spares. The elevator was out on our first day, so carrying all our things up several flights was a pain. The advertised photos didn't match what we saw, and the place needs a thorough cleaning and repairs. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The staff made my stay really enjoyable. They were helpful and went out of their way to make me comfortable, and when I had an issue with the room, they took care of it right away. I'd recommend staying here.

We checked in, saw the room, and checked right back out. There were burn holes in the blankets and stains on the walls, counters, and desk chair. The sticky vinyl or laminate floor was peeling, and the whole place smelled like smoke and weed. The lobby ceiling looked like it was crumbling, with peeling wallpaper and missing baseboards. The photos were misleading, and the hotel needs to be torn down.
