Roaches, people using drugs and fighting, and a room that hadn’t been cleaned. There was hair in the shower, dried soap on the shower head, a used spoon, and plenty of hair and crumbs under the beds. Management was extremely rude. The manager yelled at me and said I shouldn’t have booked because I’m pregnant. While I was trying to get a refund, another guest complained that water from the shower was leaking through the wall and across the bathroom floor. The manager was upset with him too. I had to visit three different days to get my money back. I finally got half and was told to come back later for the rest. Their customer information is handwritten in several disorganized binders, and there’s a filing cabinet full of folders labeled “$40 deposites.” The place is filthy, disorganized, and incredibly rude. I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re homeless. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of counter space in the bathroom. The floor needed washing, though, and parking was a long way from the room.

The comforter was stained and the lamps were broken. On top of that, they moved checkout to 10 am. I feel ripped off and completely dissatisfied. They don’t tell you until you arrive that there’s a $60 deposit on top of the room rate, and it takes 5 to 7 days to get it back.

There are several restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance. The first room had stained bedding, but they moved me to a second room without any questions. It was exactly what I paid for.
