The breakfast was a highlight, with lots of fresh, nicely presented choices each morning. Thomas, the hotel manager, was especially kind and attentive, and went out of his way to make sure things were right. His personal touch made the weekend memorable. Our room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, and the welcome and service were warm from the moment I arrived. I had a fantastic stay and would happily return. Definitely recommend it for a clean, comfortable stay with excellent service.

Ms. Janet checked us in and was friendly, efficient, and took great care of us. The whole staff were welcoming and ready to help. We had a clean, comfortable room for our overnight stay at SpringHill Suites Wichita East at Plazzio. Breakfast was free and delicious, with waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and assorted pastries. The location was convenient, about 30 minutes from Tanganyika Wildlife Park and within walking distance of several restaurants. Highly recommend!
8/10
We were disappointed that the pool was closed and that the closure wasn't mentioned on the website. If we'd known, we'd have picked another hotel. The Plaza was farther away than we expected, too. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable, and the staff were warm and welcoming.

The $18 parking charge was the only thing I didn't like. The room was quiet, the hotel was close to where we needed to be, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The shower was clean and nice, and the fan and heat made good background noise for sleeping.
2/10
We booked this hotel mainly for the pool, then found out at check-in that it was closed. Nobody had told us beforehand, and it upset us and ruined our plans for the day. The manager offered to call other hotels to find a pool we could use, but nobody ever followed up. We'd checked in through the app, but our room wasn't ready when we arrived, so we had to wait and chase it up. Overall, it was a terrible experience, with no real effort to make things right. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
