We met four front desk staff, and they were pleasant. The location worked well for our activities, and both the lobby and our room were clean. The lobby was decorated for Mardi. We chose this place partly because an indoor/outdoor heated pool was listed as available, but it wasn't. There was no notice at the desk, on the pool door, or online. Our room doors also needed adjustment: the bathroom door wouldn't close because it was misaligned, and the room door slams shut, which could be dangerous for small children.

The room was comfortable, and the service was on point. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Anna even helped warm up my coffee today. I'd recommend staying here if you're passing through Lafayette.

Whenever my husband and I visit Lafayette, La, this LaQuinta Hotel is our favorite and feels like home away from home. The lovely fragrance hits you as soon as you walk in and carries through the hotel. Thanks for always taking such great care of us. Your hospitality is five stars!

We had a deluxe suite with lots of space, and it was clean. The bathrooms were very clean and well stocked, and there were two TVs for entertainment plus a desk for remote work. We'll definitely come again.

After loading a moving trailer and driving eight hours, we found a clean, updated room and tidy surroundings. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Pets were allowed, but we didn't see a designated pet area during our short stay, so we were glad we'd come prepared. Parking was tight with the trailer, and the crowded lot meant we had to wait until it was safe to leave. Still, the stay was satisfactory.
