The room and bed were comfortable, and everything seemed to have been renovated. After reading negative reviews, I came prepared with disinfectant spray, air freshener, and our own sleeping bags. Instead, we found a very clean room with plenty of furniture and a refrigerator. The staff welcomed us warmly after our long nine-hour drive. We booked three nights for work, but a forecast snowstorm made us head home after two because we were worried about getting stranded on snowy, icy roads. The front desk told us not to worry and said there'd be no extra charge for leaving a day early. That left a really good impression. The location was convenient, close to a grocery store and a Tesla Supercharger, and it was a good value for the price. The shower pressure was a little low and the towels weren't as fluffy as I'd expected, but those were minor things. We chose it because it was a suitable size for three people. If I visit Indiana again, I'd consider staying here.

Bryce welcomed us when we arrived very late at night. We were exhausted, and he got us to our room quickly while still making us smile. He was kind, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable right away. Thanks again to Bryce for welcoming us to Lafayette. He's one of the best hotel front desk agents we've dealt with.

We lasted less than three hours in room 232 before checking out. The place was filthy, with couch stains, mysterious gunk around the shower and bathroom, dirty dishes, unfinished-looking cabinets, and a handwritten note under the upper kitchen cabinets with information I didn't look into. The biggest issue was bed bugs, everywhere in the crevices of the sheets and bed. I only included two photos, but they were all over. We packed up and left as soon as we saw them. The side doors were already unlocked, and the key card reader wasn't even active, which should have been the first red flag. The new girl at the front desk didn't seem to know what to do and only told us to come back in the morning to talk to the manager. It's ridiculous that I chose this hotel despite its reviews and location. I never thought a long-stay Marriott hotel could be this filthy. Do better.

A very nice, clean hotel. Our suite had two bathrooms and a full kitchen with a dishwasher. The staff were super friendly, especially Tonya.

The renovation has made the hotel look beautiful. From check-in through checkout, everyone was great. Kellie was especially friendly and helpful, and Tonya made a delicious breakfast and was so welcoming.
