I asked for a ground-floor room in advance because I was traveling with a physically disabled family member who can't manage many stairs. The man at the desk, an older bald man with a long beard, started talking down to me as soon as I came in. When I went to pay the early check-in fee, he asked how much money I had on me, which wasn't his business. He started taking me upstairs anyway, then yelled when I reminded him of my request and blamed me for there being no downstairs room. The manager told him to give me one, and suddenly one was available. The room had no working AC in 90-degree weather, a TV that shut off whenever it wanted, dirty towels that gave me an instant rash, a brown-stained tub with dirty curtains, a floor that turned my feet black, stained blankets, and more. The location near the village was the only good thing, and there are other places nearby. I'll never go back. Shame on this place.

We booked for a day-early vacation with my husband and toddler because the price appealed to us. When we arrived, the AC wasn't on, and the room was 90 degrees and humid. There were stains on the blankets and ceiling, and the upstairs noise from people or kids stomping was unbelievably loud all night. At 9pm it was shaking the room, and my daughter couldn't sleep. The bathroom window handle had been removed, so it couldn't be closed and bugs were getting in. If we'd had the money, we'd have left and taken the loss. Never staying here again.

LOVELY PREMISES. The motel is just a block from the main street, with places to gather and an area with tables and chairs for eating. Check-in was easy, easy, easy. FIZZI stayed in touch about the room before and after I arrived and paid attention to what I needed.

The front desk man was kind, but the room was dirty. There was toothpaste splashed on the faucet, hair or product on the wall beside the toilet paper, filthy bathroom cabinet fronts, and a stain on the bed pillow. I didn't use the shower or towels. The mini fridge wasn't on and smelled absolutely rancid when I opened it. The AC wasn't plugged in all the way, apparently because of a light switch. That felt safe! For $100 a night, I expected a much cleaner room. I wouldn't recommend this place or stay here again.
