O'Sullivan's On The Lake Motel

There's a small beach for relaxing or launching kayaks. You can rent one or bring your own, and the pool area is a nice spot to grill or unwind. O'Sullivans has a cozy family feel, with easy-going people who are nice to deal with. It's pet-friendly, too. Our room was spacious and newly renovated. It was our first stay here, and what a great choice. I'd definitely recommend it.

The beach was a beautiful place to sit and watch the sunrise. The pool is heated, and all the staff were very nice and friendly. My husband and I stayed in a deluxe king motel room, which was amazing, with lots of space and a beautiful bathroom. The walk-in shower was nice, too. We'd definitely recommend this place and come back again!

Our shy dog was the star of this fifth visit. She loved swimming and playing in the hotel’s section of the lake, made friends, and was happily worn out at the end of each day. We were glad she could join in instead of being left behind. O’Sullivans is clean, affordable, well kept, pet friendly, and close to the village. The staff are always warm and ready to help, whether it’s something big or small. We’re grateful to have a place like this to stay, and already can’t wait to come back next year.

The pool area was where we spent almost all of our time, and it was clean, well maintained, and had plenty of seating. We also enjoyed the tidy beach and its nice chairs. The rooms were cool, roomy, and clean, and being right by the pool was so convenient. The village was just a three minute walk away. This was our family’s first stay, even though I’ve been coming to Lake George since I was a kid. We booked our trip at the last minute, and they let us check in three hours early for free since the rooms were ready and we wanted to escape the heat. We’d asked for two ground floor rooms because my father in law has mobility issues, and they sorted that out for us. The office staff were so friendly that we felt like we were staying with friends. We even met the owner’s father at the pool and heard the story behind the place. It was one of my best stays in Lake George, and we’ll keep coming back.
