After four days without room service, I had to ask just to get more towels. I'd toured a room with central air before being assigned one with an inoperable thermostat. The window unit was okay, but I woke up several times drenched in sweat. I ended up checking out three days early, even though I'd paid, because going home was better than spending three more days uncomfortable. Probably my worst hotel stay. I won't be back and wouldn't recommend it.

We'd booked two rooms in advance for six family members, but when we arrived they only had one available. The room smelled musty, like it hadn't been cleaned before we got there, and they were out of blankets, sheets, and pillows. Then at 10:12am, room service burst in telling us to check out, even though checkout was 11am. They knocked but didn't wait for us to reach the door. I usually don't write reviews, but this was one of the worst hotels I've stayed at. It wasn't my choice to stay here, and I won't return.

I tried calling to confirm our booking for this weekend, but the line won't go through. Corporate couldn't reach the hotel either when I called them. I'm looking for another option. I was trying to overlook the bad reviews, but the lack of phone service makes me wonder what it'll be like once we get there.

We stayed with family for 16 days and nobody came to clean our room, even after I asked several times for a refresh. There were never any towels or bedding available; staff always said things were in the wash. At arrival we got two towels for a room with five people and were told that was all they could give us. The service was terrible, except for the only Caucasian woman who works there. When I checked out, the lady said she couldn't return my deposit because a bag of chips and a diaper had been left in the room. I went back and got them, and she still argued before giving it back. We asked for management several times and were told the manager was on vacation. There was nobody else besides the front desk girls to speak with. I've been a Choice member since 2021 and stayed at several of their hotels, and I've never seen them lack bedding for sofa beds or towels for rooms like this. I don't recommend staying here.
