Restaurants and the beach are an easy walk away, and parking was convenient with plenty of spots. The pool area was clean, cozy, and calming. The villas and grounds were beautiful and extremely clean, with the diligent staff keeping everything in order. The villas themselves were exceptionally clean and inviting, and the whole staff was friendly and attentive. Denise was welcoming at check-in and made sure we had what we needed for a memorable stay. She chatted with us when we passed the office and offered suggestions. In the evenings, Danni was just as excellent and helped make the experience fantastic. Seaside Villas have hospitality and a top-notch vacation experience figured out. Thanks again for a wonderful stay. Jeff and Susan

We stayed two nights and absolutely loved it. The room was very clean, and we had no issues. The location was perfect, close to the sea with restaurants right around the corner. I'd definitely recommend this place for a stay in Lauderdale.

We've stayed here twice already, and my wife and I have made this little gem of a hotel/villa our cozy vacation spot from now on. It's right across the street from the beach on El Mar Drive and Commercial Blvd, with shops and restaurants no more than 1000 feet away. The staff are professional, friendly, and great. All the rooms are renovated, with great amenities and very comfortable beds. It's a quaint, small villa hotel with studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units, and the price is great for the location. The family-oriented area was free of any craziness we saw or heard. We love it and highly recommend it. We'll be back again and again.

The inviting pool and laid-back atmosphere made this a perfect five-night stay. It's across from the beach, and the location, rooms, and service were beyond reproach. I've traveled all over the world and stayed in thousands of hotels and motels, but this one is by far the best. Everything was perfect!

I was visiting family who were hotel guests, not staying there myself, and manager Dani made me feel welcome and comfortable from the moment I arrived. She treated me with the same care as her own guests. Parking was easy and stress-free, and the property is stunning and beautifully maintained. Even this short visit stood out and showed the hotel's commitment to hospitality. I'll definitely stay here when I'm in town. A big thank you, Seaside Villas!
