Sam at the front desk was great. While I was on the road he helped with directions, and at check-in he told me about a nearby grocery store. The room was affordable and clean, and the hotel is centrally located, probably close enough to walk to the store. It had a good-sized mini-fridge and a small microwave, plus free breakfast. The breakfast had waffles, juice, coffee, fruit, and toast. The Wi-Fi was terribly slow all three days, and the vending machines could use some work. Still, I'd stay again.

There were chunks of food on the carpet when I arrived, and wadded-up red underwear had been left between the desk and wall. I also never got my wake-up call. Then at 10:59 they rang my room to ask why I hadn't checked out, even though checkout was at 11. Some punctuality. I've emailed General Manager Sam Bhakta several times to discuss the problems, but the hotel hasn't responded. Here's the profile for General Manager Sam Bhakata on LinkedIn, which talks about strong public service, reliability, understanding business, building guest loyalty, and solving problems. Ahem.
