The staff were so sweet with the kids, giving them little finger flashlights and coloring pages, and even tucking their stuffed animals into bed. We were impressed by how clean the rooms and bathrooms were, and breakfast had a good selection. Daily stayover service was available if we wanted it. We arrived two days early to get ahead of the Ohio storm, and they got us settled in the same room. We highly recommend this place and plan to come back next year.

Breakfast had something for every picky eater in our family, and the room was clean and well cared for. The bed and pillows were really comfortable, too. It was too cold for us to try the outdoor pool, but I love that it's a mineral pool. Johnathan was friendly and easy to talk to at check-in, and brought extra towels when we needed them. Eileen was just as helpful and made checkout quick. We'll stay here again whenever we visit family.

They even helped us out after the trip: my friend left his prescription shampoo behind, and since we live two hours away, they called and texted me right away. I was driving, so once I could talk, they took my address and promptly mailed it to me. We booked two rooms for a birthday golf trip with my wife and our friends through my IHG membership app, and booking was simple. The rooms were clean, the jetted tub was spacious, and the staff were amazing. We had a wonderful time and they made it a great experience.

Eileen, Julie Ann and Teresa made us feel at home during each of our stays. We've been here three times in the last few months, for multiple nights each visit, because of family health situations, and the staff made what could have been extra hotel stress feel much easier. Our elderly dog even looked for Teresa in the mornings. Staff can make or break a stay, and we're grateful to those three wonderful women for making ours so good.

We stumbled on this place by accident, and it was refreshing to find such a clean, beautiful, well-kept property. The staff were helpful and accommodating. We encountered at least seven employees, and every one was pleasant and seemed to enjoy their job. We didn't have a single issue during our stay.
