Garden Gables Inn

I hardly left my room because it was so beautiful, cozy, and thoughtfully furnished with every amenity I could need. The whole property is gorgeous, and every detail seems to have been considered. I didn’t want to leave. Jennifer and Michelle made me feel completely at home. I’ve never had this level of attentive, genuinely kind care at an inn. One of the best travel experiences I’ve had, and I highly recommend visiting.

The inn is in a handy spot, about a 10 minute walk from Lenox bars and restaurants, and the town is charming, with lovely boutiques and places to eat. Staff were super friendly and the service was great. The room was cozy and really comfortable, with a log fire. There were lots of complimentary extras, from sweets and toiletries to freshly baked cookies. Breakfast was excellent too, hats off to the chef.

Each visit seems to get a little sweeter. Victoria and Debbie are wonderful, the food is always fresh and delicious, and the homemade almond croissant is a must. My room was clean, cozy, and full of character. Thanks for making this stay so lovely!

After 30 years of trying a different B&B each time we visit the Berkshire's, we were so impressed with Garden Gables last year that we came back. No disappointment at all. Rosie welcomed us like family returning to a home away from home. Her care, eye for detail, and fabulous team make this the finest inn we’ve visited in all those years. The staff were always ready to help, and breakfast service couldn’t have been better. The chef accommodated particular allergies and food preferences without hesitation. Checkout was at 11:00AM, but we were welcome to linger in the lovely common area as long as we liked, with no rush, and Rosie even offered refreshments. We could choose the rooms we wanted for next year, so we booked before leaving. Another bonus is the connection to Hilltop Orchards, where you can hike or snowshoe, get warm donuts, and enjoy a free wine tasting. My friends and I are already looking forward to our late winter getaway.
