We had a private exit from our room, which made it easy to sit outside, relax, and get some fresh air. Breakfasts were tasty, filling, and offered a good range of choices each day. The room was comfortable, neat, and very clean, with everything working properly. It was cleaned carefully every day, and the attention to detail showed. The staff were welcoming when we arrived, and remained kind and helpful whenever we had questions. Our stay exceeded what we expected, and we’d choose this hotel again if we return. I’d recommend it for the comfort, cleanliness, and service.

I kept coming back to Yankee Inn, Trademark Collection by Wyndham: first for two nights, then another two, and later for several one night stays in different rooms. Each visit went well. The rooms and hotel were clean, warm, and comfortable, and the rate seemed reasonable, especially when I searched and booked through Google Maps. One room I especially liked had a fireplace that also heated the room. It worked well and made the place feel cozy. The bathroom looked new and was very clean. Breakfast had lots of choices, and there was enough space in the dining area that it never felt crowded. I really liked this hotel and would recommend it for a clean, comfortable stay at a good price.

The pillows were the one letdown. They weren’t as comfortable as the rest of the bed. Otherwise, our room matched the photos and was comfortable, and the building stayed fairly quiet over our weekend. The inn is next to a plaza with a supermarket, urgent care, CVS, shops, and places to eat, and it’s well placed for getting around the surrounding area. The front desk was hospitable and incredibly nice. Jen was especially helpful and understanding, and happy to make our stay better. We’d come back and recommend it to anyone after a simple, relaxing place in the Berkshires.

We used the pool and hot tub once and had a light breakfast, with no wait for a table. Lenox center is about a five minute drive away, and Stockbridge is around fifteen minutes. There’s an excellent grocery store nearly next door and another about a quarter mile away. We’ve stayed at several Berkshires hotels, but this one is now our favorite. We chose a mountain view room in the main building, and it was more comfortable and updated. It was larger than average, with a very comfortable king bed, sofa, desk, office chair, microwave, and small fridge. Everything worked, including the TV. The bathroom looked new and was spotless, as were all the hotel areas. I’d suggest paying a little more for a room in the main building. It’s a big step up from the separate building.
